Quality Control
Quality control is a must of textile sector and Sonic Textile do not make any concession in this issue. Even if the product is at the prototype stage, pattern is made and production processes is started after it is examined and conveyed necessary warnings by "Quality Assurance Department. By maintaining right material selection and use of right production techniques, an undesirable situation that may occur on the product is prevented from the very beginning. Problems during the production of sample enlighten the production stage and thanks to generated reports, the ground for problem-free production stage is prepared.

Controls at the packaging stage are made to the extent of the smallest detail. Control of factors such as accessories, fabric by Planning department.
Marker and fabric control by cutting department. Control of cutting and fabric defect sorting after cutting.
Control and reports during and after sewing by subcontractor’s follower and merchandiser (of each product in detail from step adjustment to all measurement).
Packaging details are examined by merchandisers and packaging subcontractor’s followers to the extent of the smallest detail. Working with the principle of zero error, “Quality Assurance Department” examines all products by subjecting each of them to measurement control and reports the performance of quality controllers by measuring them.
